Transnational exchange of experience meeting and 2nd Steering Group meeting of the UpGradeSME project team in Porto.

Interactive discussions, the peer review of the local policy instrument, case studies of Portugal SMEs and a study tour provided a great learning possibility for the participants during the two days of the UpGradeSME project meeting.
